A friend and I drove to Austin February 28th and met Elizabeth Moon at her book signing. She invited us to hang with her and her crew at a burger joint afterwards. It was so freaking cool! She is one of my top three favorite writers. I’ve read 13 of her books so far, and many of those within the last month. Steven is complaining that I never spend time with him anymore, and I retort that watching movies isn’t spending time together. I’d rather be reading (with the exception of Terminator on Mondays).

We were in the car for 8.5 hours. Yeah… But it was worth it. I didn’t get home until late and I am SO tired. (Or I was in February)
