Steve Perry’s science fiction novel, The Musashi Flex is a about a ranked fighting club. The book follows the intertwining lives of a fighter, a wealthy enthusiast, a spy, and a journalist through the twists and turns of the deadly competition. Perry has several Aliens books which I loved, and so while at FenCon (he was a guest), I picked up this book.

The name didn’t catch my eye, but I love what Perry did before, and I was right to get it. I really liked The Musashi Flex and recommend it. Great action and a fun read!
