Delilah Rehm, a Texas native, lives with her husband, Steven, and two children, Roland and Emily. She received a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology from the University of North Texas with a minor in history.

After winning the FenCon III Short Story Contest in 1996 with "Double Edge," the video game, Depths of Peril, released  in 2007 with 24 of her short stories (including "Double Edge"). She is the writer for Soldak Entertainment.

In November, she won National Novel Writers Month 2007 by finishing 50,000 words, part of her science fiction novel first draft of Vampire Planet. Soldak released Kivi's Underworld in 2008. Coming soon in 2009, Delilah is producing the Fantastical Creature Reality Show: Survive an Island.
