This patch makes random, young races that you have unlocked playable.

is there a limit to the list of playable random races?
i can't seem to "unlock" more.
do i need to do more than just discover the random race?

i really like all the new changes and features :)

No, there shouldn't be a limit. You basically want the young race to emerge into the galaxy, which basically means they need to be on the winning side of a sector win.
