Item tags are flickering

I have tried enabling/disenbeling all option, but the problel still persists: item boxes/tags are flickering on the ground. Il doesn't prevent e from picking up the items, but it hurts my eyes a little. It is the only bug I ever had in the game.
I have the same problem on Windows 7 (laptop) and Windows 8.1 (64-bit laptop).
