Any hint where to mod clan members happiness from dropping?

You probably want to start with the value for HappinessDegradation in Database/systems.gdb, but there are lots of other variables in the same area of that file that you can play with.

HappinessDegradation? I couldn't find actual word for word searching in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zombasite\Assets\asse ts001.zip\Database\systems.gdb

has systems2.gdb

Unless your talking about individually mod happiness in each race or something?

You want to look in assets004.zip. Assets001 - 003 are the original shipped assets. Assets004 contains everything that has changed since the first public build and override anything in the others 3 files.
