How would that work with regard to worlds? Since races emerging are specific to a world (I think), does that mean you have to choose a world before choosing the race?

Would be nice to have a Hacking skill tree (mostly Utopian but also possibly Fringe, Scavenger), as there's a lot of potential there, especially for rewiring stuff like bases, mines, and Legion ships...
