According to weather.com it got down to -3°F last night where we are. For reference, for Feb 15th, the average low is 34° and the record low WAS 22°. We only beat the record by 25.

I don't think it boosts fighters (although maybe it should). It will boost emp, mines, beams, ballistics, missiles, plasma cannons, etc.

I'm thinking of adding Cataclysms to Drox 2 to spice things up a bit. These would be events on a massive scale that greatly change the balance of power of the entire sector.
