You shouldn't even need to use the 'S' key to stop, if the 'W' key is listed as a Toggle.

W on, W off grasshoppa. The only way a toggle should work. ;)

I didn't mean giving whole sectors a maze of walls. Just an occasional small stretch to spice up combat in that area & limiting how much you can hit & run with fast ships. It could cause problems...

Also notice how the color of the bar will turn yellow before you reach maximum available power, somewhere in the last 10% or so. When that hits yellow, your ship speed seems to plummet, too.

This has been happening when I use my onboard sound drivers, but not when I use my USB headset that uses it's own separate sound...

Go into the Game Options screen and uncheck "Thruster Disengage".

You will then be able to both Fire and Move at the same time.

This shouldn't be on by default right now.

The OP's stat list should definitely be included when somewhere on the Choose Race screen, or in a tooltip there if no room is to be found.

The range for weapons listed in the tooltips are valued in "meters". I'm thinking that 0 to 19 meters in space is probably a bit too short. ;) Change the tooltip to say "km"...

Confirmed the 'Thruster Disengage' works in all cases.

Also.. it defaults to On while the Thruster Toggle option is off. This is what was making my movements always cease when I clicked something...
