[0.818] [Bugreport] - Map incorrectly reports that minor race has jumpgate for sale.
When opening the sector map and hovering over a system, the game reports which races have a jumpgate activation for sale (If the player has not yet discovered the jump gate). The list presented also includes the minor / primitive races, which in actuality never sell gate activations as far as i am aware.
