Sure,I have a lvl 100 hardcore ranger
By -49% cast time gloves and staffs,you can reduce cast time from 1 sec to 0.25 sec,so you don't have to wait 1 sec after casting an earthquake.Easy to move and avoid cave-ins,and easy to cast more earthquake to break them(if it cause more cave-ins,then more more more earthquake).
