Question Trophies

Hello! I have all gold trophies on several adventures and I have re-complete first adventure to get two awards (Pacifist and Peasant), and no bronze trophy was given. So I have lost my chance to get 3 extra points from bronze and silver trophies on that level?

You should be able to go back and get trophies on previous adventures.

I just recompleted first adventure, which I completed on gold on my first play, with score of 8500 and got silver trophy, but I did not got any skill points. So I should not complete it on gold before I complete it on bronze and then silver?

Assuming I'm remembering correctly, if you get a better trophy later, you will only get the difference, not the full amount. So if you got a bronze, then silver, and then gold you would get 1, 1, and then 1.
