With patch 0.905 I've found a component with "+1&% attack", Passive skill

what kind of components with passive skills do you have found?

Most of the ones I've found have to do with energy. Harvesters, energy leeches, converters, etc.

this kind of components are races specific? I mean: a race only sell them?

Nope, just normal drops off enemies. I hope they don't become race-specific, otherwise I'd have a great deal of difficulty making my build viable while maximizing my crew!
