Default Fear

I am playing an necromancer/healer, and I currently can raise 3 undead minions (NOT skeletons). But whenever I get near bad guys, at least two of them develop fear, and run away. It does not seem to matter how tough the monster is, my minions get weak in the knees!

Does it happen around any specific monsters? Some monsters like the Chaos Lords do cause fear.

I have noticed this also, around Chaos Lords. Do any other demons cause Fear? Sometimes in a posse with Rampages or Rages, other monsters have it.

The Targs also have a fear effect.

It does not seem specific to any particular monster, although targs and chaos lords usually cause the fear. It also happens with almost all monsters. When I attack or am attacked, one or more of my minions will often fail it's fear check and run away. It does not matter if I have them set to be defensive or aggressive.
