Default Din's Curse Arrives on Steam!

http://store.steampowered.com/app/217290/

Awesome news. I hope it sells a gazillion copies. If you are in this forum to ask whether it is worth it, IT IS. I have played the game for several years now and I am still playing it. It is the best ARPG I have ever played.

Be sure to check out Bluddy's balance mod in the Din's Curse mod forums if you are looking for an additional challenge.

Demon War on Steam should be coming relatively soon also. You can't activate a retail copy directly, but if you email me I can probably hook you up. Although I'm not sure what process I'm going to need for retail copies yet.

I just bought Din's Curse like 2 weeks ago lol. I would love to activate it on steam I am not sure where to email you? I also will be purchasing a second account when the expansion comes out for someone when multiplayer is available.

This is such awesome news.

Congratulations on getting Din's Curse on Steam!

I also sent an email to support with proof I previously purchased the game. While I don't expect to get a Steam key, if you could do that for the prior purchasers I would be really, really appreciative and I think it would generate a lot of goodwill among the existing owners.

I'm always afraid to buy indie games outside of Steam for fear that they will end up on there one day and I'll have to either rebuy them or be stuck with the non-Steam version forever but I went for Din's Curse anyhow last year.

Whenever a developer is able to support the existing customers of the game like that and get them the option to get their game on Steam if they want I just think that is awesome.

True indie game is not stuck with Steam drm (and we could add Windows one too).

I dunno really, I'm the last to complain about graphics as long as the gameplay is solid, but that's just my main concern, I've watched the video on steam and all I saw was a warrior cleaving some stuff and an archer shooting some stuff. And neither had more than 1-2 skills on their action bar. Is there a demo out somewhere, really would like to try it before considering buying it.
