Not so unique items

If some items are unique, I don't expect to see two of the same.
I got two examples of the same unique 2h sword, one was in my covenant chest, the other was found in the wilderness.
I can attach a screenshot if needed, but there are limits to the size of attachments so I lost too much detail when trying to make it fit.

Well like most games of this type, unique isn't exactly correct. You can get multiple of the same "unique" item. The damage/armor values can vary some however, especially when you get higher level unique items.

What unique really means in this case is an item that is pretty rare, has the same enchantments each time, is named, and is usually fairly powerful for its level.
