Drox High Command

I noticed in my last system win that 2 Medium Reward chests dropped, but only 1 should have. I thought it was a bug, but then I found the Drox High Command page, and I see that meeting those conditions can cause another reward chest to drop.

My question is, how do you know when you have a request from Drox High Command? Do you just need to keep checking that page or what?

The Drox High Command only give you orders at the beginning of a sector. It does print the orders in the event text at the beginning of the sector also.
