Mana & Life Totems block passages
I've noticed a few times that narrow passages can be blocked by mana, life, or health totems. The only way to continue is to destroy the totem. It would be nice if you could slip by these somehow.

That's actually why you can attack and destroy them.
 Sometimes there are ways around them.
