![]() Shadow, this is another one of those long time issues. Have you figured out a way to save 'pets' in Drox between play sessions? If so, would you be able to port it back to DC?

![]() I haven't changed it in Drox. In Drox there is not as much of a point because there aren't rare conditions needed for pets like needing a dead body.

![]() Well, anyway, I think the solution to the multiplayer problem is to specify that pets get saved into some kind of side-buffer outside of the level/world. They don't appear in the world until the old character that had the pets reappears.
Now let's say a multiplayer game took place and player X had 2 skeletons and the game was then saved. You save the skeletons to the side-buffer under that player's name. When the game reloads, as each player appears, you check if they match the name in the side-buffer. If so, player X gets to have his skeletons instanced. |
