Default Custom avatars

I dug through the vbulletin options today and found out I had one avatar option inadvertantely turned off. Anyways, hopefully it's turned on now and everyone can load custom avatars now.

Please keep them tasteful though.

Bugger...Just a few pixels short of what I wanted to use. And no, I can't resize it. Don't have my animated gif editor anymore, otherwise I would. Here's what I wanted to use (96x26).

Now, if someone could be kind enough to resize the following (hopefully it'll work out) with PSP, I'd be much appreciated.

You could use Gimp to edit that if you wanted.

That'll work, ty.

The only thing I have on the puter is Paint. Lost all my goodies when I had to format my system back in Jan...and believe me, if I could have backed em up I would have. Had a virus that screwed the whole system up.

I use Image Forge, it's free and works well.

I suggested Gimp because it's open source, fully featured (to my non-artist eyes at least), and I know it's got a passable interface for manipulating animated GIFs.
Of course, I doubt it's the only package that fits that description.
