some minor things

- in the "create ship" menu the utopian rebels race description text is too long and overlaps with the "bonus" text
- in the "select ship" menu some race names are too long for the ship name tab and go through the scroll bar
- adamantium plating and neutronium plating use the same image as the adamantium and neutronium resources
