I'm not promising anything, but I think screenshots are much more likely this year.

Added new NPC skill/professions like brewer, carver, fletcher, cobbler, actor, hunter, & minstrel. These all improve your clan in some way.

For some reason it is difficult to debug graphics issues when you lose electricity every few minutes.

Each game our systems intertwine more and more. Now rain, wind, & fog affect monster sight and/or hearing distance.

Nice! If you've already gone this far, maybe you also want to do temperature. Some creatures could have preferred temperature ranges (eg. demons, frost creatures), outside of which they receive penalties to their speed, attack, defense etc. Fire/ice sources would then have extra area effects raising/lowering temperature in their surroundings, in addition to the ambient modifier (sunny day, storm, hot dungeon level, frosty dungeon level etc).

I am actually thinking about temperature stuff also, but I might limit it to when it is snowing.
