Tip - Kickstart with Relics

Hello.

It looks like to me that Relics have no level requirement. Meaning that you can pass some Relics with powerful stats from your high-level character to a new / low-level one which will provide a very significant boost in their combat abilities.

I might be wrong on this one, or maybe it is an exploit not a feature, but thought it would be worth sharing.
