Inaccessable entry and exit points.

In a number of the dungeons and in red death, there's a fairly high probability of not being able to tap the pillar/hit the stairs due to obstructing objects. This gets... irritating.

When you find these can you post a screenshot? These are very easy to fix with a screenshot, but extremely difficult to track down otherwise.
