Is there any weapons that does not use the attack stat like the mine and bomb?

And the mini fighters that you launch does there hit ratio depend on your attack stat?

Unaimed weapons: mines, bombs, manually aimed guns, EM Waves, EM pulses, pulsar generators, geomagnetic storms, a number of aura weapons, and I am sure I am forgetting some.

Fighters do not benefit from your attack stat, but if you debuff the enemy's defense stat, it really helps.
