Any particular reason why the maximum amount of tax that you can have is 173 (with patch 1.006)? If anyone has noticed more than this quantity please say so - I may just be mistaken. Insofar as i have noticed, my covenant's taxes never go above the amount of 173; so then I go buy some more/better guards in an effort to not waste any taxes.

Someone else mentioned that exact number a while back. I haven't tracked down the cause of this yet, but it's still on my list of things to at least figure out why that number.
