Curiosity: Can multiple Ramming Components be equipped & have their effects stack? Either stacking of Ramming Damage oriented ones, Defense oriented ones, or a mix of the two types?

yes and yes

i have built a ship that is just speed, armor and ramming components. it's actually quite fun to play that way.
