Default -44% cast time gloves

I had never seen this modifier on armor before, and it makes a heck of a difference. Here is a video on my Frost Nova Mage spamming mass destruction courtesy of my new favorite gloves:

Wow! I'm going to have to watch for that. Good thing you can't accidentally hit NPCs.

Wow!

This is like a Frozen Orb Sorceress in Diablo 2, just steamrolling.

We need some sort of "Animal" mode now haha.

A big open area with plenty of stuff to kill.

Imo, this is the best gameplay in Din's Curse Ive seen.
No need to click enemy by enemy, just walk past stuff and they die.

Dont like the melee attack animation/feel?
Try this!

Hah! I just got a staff that gives me -34% to cast time, and it looks like it stacks with the gloves!

Heh, i have a staff with -56% cast reduction and gloves with the same reduction for a total of -112%. Nutty Spell Spamming.

Haven't seen a new pair of gloves with it in awhile, but my level 58 character just spotted 4 staves that had -4x% to -5x% caster rate in the town weaponsmith's shop (at the same time! No, it's not usually like that ).

Oh, and thanks for the vid - it was her inspiration. The build just needs a ton of +mana regen gear to keep up with the cost of spell spam.

I have a friend that plays a frost mage/healer hybrid and he levels insanely fast killing everything before I can even get a swing in. (he's lvl 35 and I'm lvl a level 32 druid/defender)

This one spell for one class seems terribly overpowered at the moment, even against frost elemental bosses. The only problems he occasionally runs into is the mana draining mobs.

It could just be me, but I find caster classes much more powerful than their melee counterparts. My healer / sorcerer is basically invincible, to the point where playing him puts me to sleep lol. It's too easy. I struggle with melee characters, which is why I always include one in my hybrids, to make things more interesting. Maybe it's just me?

I agree. My friend usually starts the server, so I'm already at a slight disadvantage (mob levelwise) however as he just barrels into a room blowing everything up, I'm having to cautiously pull manageable packs to me because it's easy to bite off more than you can chew.. and I hate running back to my corpse.

At least I have my "OH $#!^" button for kitty shifting for when I run into packs of elites and champions.
