![]() No, it doesn't have anything to do with the attack damage on the weapon, but the mult does go up with the item level. It is staves and wands though.

So if I currently tried out to have weapons give base spell damage, and spell skill increase/decrease a percentage of that damage, I don't think that would work, right? For example, if I have fireball do 1 damage permanently (in the skill projectile damage), and then I try to add percentages with with only PassiveDynamicStatMultFireDamage and PassiveDynamicStatMultSpellDamage, will the spell multipliers apply to the damage from the weapon as well? I'm guessing not. |
