Unhappy Town Steward Unaccessible
Upon returning from the Harrowing Hole, I could no longer click on the town steward to solve quests, talk, etc. He seems frozen and somewhat transparent. Any ideas?

It is possible that he has been petrified. If that is the case you should talk to the apothecary to find out how to cure him.
