Default Status effect questions

Hey Shadow. 2 questions:

1. What does RemoveOnEvent do in status effects and how can it be used?
2. Would it be possible to make some kind of command like 'RemoveOnOutOfPower 1' which would allow status effects to use X mana every second or so (using PowerChange) and to stop working once 0 mana is reached?

1) This specifies that when a certain event happens to the entity that has the status effect that the effect goes away. Possible events are Move, UseSkill, SkillFinished, PathFindingFailed, PathFindingSuccess, AttackSuccessful, Hit, DamageOverTime, and Attacked

2) That probably wouldn't be too hard and would be useful.
