Default Trading warp gates in Multiplayer

I bought the Beta last week and I am really impressed by the game. This is going to be a LAN-party staple for me and my friends.

Yesterday I tried a LAN-game together with a friend of mine. I usually tend to rush to gain contact with other races to trade warp gates with them. I notice when I do trade warp gates, they are only available for me and not for my teammates. Since I see trading as a part of the actions you take as the Drox Operative as a whole (instead of an individual action) it would seem logical to me that traded gates are available for all the players in the game, instead of just the player who traded.

What do you think about this?

I'm pretty sure I intended on this being shared. It doesn't sound like that is happening though.

I just chalked that up to some form of update mechanic needed to trigger, but we've seen that a lot too. Gates that I activate myself are very shortly available for friends, but traded gates can take forever to show up. Actually, now that I think of it, there's always a delay :/
