nice idea but need help

i am not good in mooding (i know only how to edit statistics) so i looking for someone who could create this mod
now about that idea:
i think tah will be intresting tah put on maps everywhere only unique and legendary monster and give litle more monster per sector, and give this mod name "Atlantyda" or "LostAtlantyda" or somthink that and put on website.
i will be very THANKFUL if someone do this =D
It vill be nice to put name mod next version number in first screen on game put this is only detal.
