Default Pets and magic find / find more gold

Magic find and find extra money bonuses are not applied to kills made by pets.

Details
--------

If I have my magic-finding set equipped, the difference between the amount and quality of magic items I find is striking depending on whether I or my pet does most of the killing.

(If I have a cautious and weak pet, like an imp, who leaves me to do most of the killing, I'll find lots of magic items of high quality. If I have an aggressive and strong pet, like a champion scavenger, I'll find conspicuously fewer.)

Likewise with money chests and money-finding equipment: a chest broken by a pet will drop conspicuously less gold than a chest opened by a player.

Expected Behavior
---------------------

As a matter of class balance, it seems undesirable to penalize the magic and money finding of players who have chosen classes and skills designed to rely on pets for a substantial portion of damage dealt (e.g. the warlock, necromancer, and mage elemental pet skills).

The player's magic and money finding bonuses should be applied to kills made by the player's pets.

I thought it was using the players money/magic find numbers. I'll look at it.
