Level Design

In the sdk in level design.txt we read:

1) Start the game
2) Bring down the console by hitting the ~ key (on QWERTY keyboards)
3) Type in editor 1 and hit enter
4) Select File, then select open area...
5) Choose one of the areas and hit ok
6) Select Blocks, then select choose block...
7) Then choose whatever block you want to edit and hit ok

When you do 1 <Enter> in console nothing happens for me (Step 3). How do you select file (Step 4)? What am I missing?

Edit: Oops, that was dumb of me, I'm supposed to type "editor 1" not "1". Solved.

You can also turn on developer mode by typing
developer 1
into the console. Then there is an editor button on the main starting menu.
