4.3 minutes have never lasted so long

I got hit by a caltops that was 94% and lasted 4.3 minutes.

I sat there.

And sat.

And sat.

And sat.

No monsters. Mixed feelings. I didn't get beaten to death. On the other hand, ressurection would have taken care of the danged caltrops.

I sat.

And sat.

And....

I feel your pain.

The first story quest goblin that you need to kill (Valokil?) in the second difficulty level gives me this every time. I swear, every time I plead with my recruit to bludgeon me to death so that I can be ressed at the lifestone. The pain of Caltrops for 2 or 3 minutes is far, far worse...

quick solution:
1) cast a town portal (so you can go back to where you left off)
2) save & exit
3) continue game


or think of it as an opportunity to get something to drink, check the mail, put some dishes away, stretch, whatever.
