Bug: Fighters won't attack opposing races

I'm at war with the Lithosoid and my fighters don't fight back when they attack me.

Yep, this happens to me in my game as well -- seems to be 100% of enemy race ships with this problem.

Sometimes it is total for me and sometimes not. No idea what causes it.

I THINK it is somehow linked to the bug that makes race relations stop increasing when you defend their ships from enemy vessels.

Something about the system no longer recognizing their location properly?
