Din's Champion early access month 9 |
Din's Champion has now been in early access for over 9 months and is currently available on Steam.
As of this post, we've released 34 patches (5 since the last post) with 1,247 total changes (182 since the last post), which can be read here. This consists of a ton of small fixes and balance changes, but there have been a bunch of larger changes.
Collections: For those that love collecting things, we've added collections so you can track all of the cool, unique things that you've found. These collections include Trophies, Banners, Resources, Weapons, Armor, and Jewelry.
New locations: Adventuring around is now more interesting than ever. We've added several new locations to discover like Jails, Craters, Galleries, Oasis, Mystic Arches, and Monoliths.
Shovel pick-axe: A new type of pick-axe with a wider head has been added that while less precise, hits up to 3 blocks at a time for faster mining.
New blocks: Holy water can be a great boon to find as it is a new liquid that heals if you are touching it. And while not exactly new, platforms can now be sloped to make stairs which makes buildings cooler.
That's it for all of the major new changes, but there are still a lot of changes coming.
