Not that this is going to help you with Din's Curse, but I changed Zombasite today so that bags could have modifiers (will show up in the next patch).

I'm pretty sure that the game does not look at...

I'm pretty sure that the game does not look at modifiers on things in the bag slots and that it doesn't look at sizes on anything outside of the bag slots.
