Drox Operative 2 patch 0.902

Patch 0.902 of Drox Operative 2 is now available. Changes can be read here.

This patch makes much of the race dialog trait specific, makes attributes given by command count towards bonus skills, makes relation gains more race specific, makes legend wins a bit easier, adds an xp reward for scanning anomalies, and fixes several more minor issues.
