Cheap Repair Service + Auto-Repair QoL

It's a trait which, in practice, I've never actually bothered to click over the normal repair option since repair are so cheap and it only heals Structure and not Plating. Why 2 click when 1 click do... and so on. Plus, repairs tends to be done without the help of planet as you get higher in levels anyway.

A few ways to making the trait more fun while keeping it intact would be to repair all 3 layers of defense instead of just one, adding a a temporary buff to either defense and/or regeneration similar to the nanomite cloud skill, overheal, etc.

One might replace it with a diplo related trait. Examples would be positive propaganda through Dryad agents with improved chance, starting diplo and/gift quests on behalf of another race, cheaper and/or longer ceasefires... and so on. There's a few minor concern, like it not being appropriate to Dryad Rebels and some young races.

I'll also note that a QoL mod which allow for auto-repair when possible while docking on planets was very useful in Drox 1 and that if something similar could be introduced to Drox 2 as a baseline it would be wonderful. Perhaps with a box to tick/untick for those who want to save a few creds.

Especially useful in multiplayer where pausing is not really a thing. Perhaps even an auto identify, auto repair type option combined or a hotkey. It's so minor but I would use it.
