Version difference between GoG and the one bought from here?
Hello,
Many moons ago I bought the main game and Demon War here, and the latest version I ahve acess to is 1.030. Someone I know recently bought the GoG version, complete with demon war, and they have 1.034, which has a changelog to match. The reason I'm concerned is we want to play it coop. Can the 1.034 patch be made available on the main site here? Will the version difference prevent cooperative play?

In think 1.034 was mostly Linux updates. The versions should be compatible for multiplayer.

The version I have on Steam is 1.033. It doesn't look like the protocol version was changed, so 1.033 would work with 1.030. I don't know what 1.034 changed, but if it didn't change the protocol version either then you should be able to play multiplayer with that other person.

I don't think anything important changed, but I just posted beta 1.034 patches to start getting everyone back in sync.
