Looking Red and Assassin Hide and Seek

I was wondering about the crystals next to my house. I see they are in Looking Red. If I figure them out then will the ground open to reveal stuff?

Also, I really like Assassin Hide and Seek. Very clever!

Thanks!!! Assassin was fun to write... and a bit tricky. I really enjoyed following Thayer while he tried to figure out what the heck was going on. It's no fun being a lovely guest.

the crystals next to your house are were the town gets its crystals for taxs not a secret item or wepon

Those crystals do, in fact, have a purose besides looking pretty. You'll notice they can be activated. Hint hint.
