Are the PWL files easy to edit?
I didn't notice the galaxy option for a while and how have a dozen or so galaxies that I've no idea what's in them. I'd love to be able to look and see which races are unlocked so I can pick the most populated one and just use that one for the rest of the characters I have.
I'm guessing the files just contain bits of data describing the galaxy? So not really editable unless I knew what each bit meant to the game?

Yeah, it's binary data so it's not going to be easy to read.
