Cursor hardly visible

It would be nice to be able to either adjust size and color of the cursor or at least have a checkbox to use the system cursor. Maybe I am the only one, but I am constantly loosing my cursor especially in fights.

I had the same problem and found a mod. (Don't remember where from at this point). Posting here for reference
