Question Fall of Empire Scenario bug
I found Eviscerator empire and get ready for raids siege, but when siege started bulletin board regained consciousness and decided to become named mercenary enemy npc, and start attacking me, and when i killed board mercenary-congratulation to lose condition.

I have gotten that bulletin board bug MANY times. I like the Behind Enemy Lines scenario for open world play and that bug is the only way I can REPEATED lose.

Would love to see a fix that gives the bulletin board some kind of over-write/spawn protection.
