Din's Legacy patch 0.838

Patch 0.838 of Din's Legacy is available (Steam only still). Changes can be read http://www.soldak.com/Dins-Legacy/Patches.html.

This patch improves many quests, adds scenario selection, adds new mutation icons, improves NPCs, and fixes a bunch of smaller issues.
