Planets, Ships, Activity in general outside the secotr?!

I found atleast 2 stars in a system outside the sector bounds.
System doesnt belong to dryad yet there are planets outside system that belong to them.

Honestly, I do believe that's a bug but it would be cool if it would be left as one of possible generated features of a system - distant worlds or something
