Drox Operative 2 patch 0.901

Patch 0.901 of Drox Operative 2 is now available. Changes can be read here.

This patch fixes a rare crash when scanning planets or anomalies, makes it a bit safer to do some quests for races relation wise, adds some diplomatic immunity to diplomat ships, makes race traits impact relation changes and treaties more, and fixes several more minor issues.
