There are more randomly generated quests, but there are no more scripted story quests until you start a new town, at which point you can start the scripted story quests over again. Are you looking for fireworks like when Din frees you in DC, or a chest of some kind? The reward chest that comes whenever you defeat a covenant, and the big one that comes when you win a town, were (and continue to be) incentive enough for me to play the game many times through.
